ENEA S.A. informs that it fully respects the right to privacy and personal data protection of Users visiting our website. We shall not make personal and address data (including e-mail addresses) of our Users available to third parties.
Newsletters
Newsletters are sent exclusively to registered Users of our website who consented to receiving them. Each of the Users receiving our newsletter can at any time demand removal of their e-mail address from our base.
Collected data are protected under the act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (consolidated text: [Journal of Laws] Dz. U. z 2002 r. Nr 101, poz. 926, z późn. zm.) and the act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Dz. U. z 2002 r. Nr 144, poz. 1204, z późn. zm.). Only chosen administrators have access to our website and they are obliged to keep the obtained information secret.
"Cookie files"
For technical reasons we use the so-called cookie files, i.e., information recorded by our website on a User's computer, which can be read by our server at each connection of that computer with our website. Cookies do no harm to a User's computer and their data. Saving cookies on a User's computer can be blocked. Each browser offers a possibility of automatic rejection of cookies.
Adres IP address
Data concerning an IP address are recorded in system logs of our server and contain the date of connection with our website. The information is used solely for statistical purposes (the number of visits) and does not enable identification of a specific User.
