Share capital structure
At present, the share capital of ENEA S.A. amounts to PLN 441,442,578 and is divided into 441,442,578 shares with a nominal value of PLN 1 each, including:
- 295,987,473 Series A ordinary bearer shares,
- 33,538,016 Series B ordinary registeres shares,
- 8,100,939 Series B ordinary bearer shares, and,
- 103,816,150 Series C ordinary bearer shares.
ENEA S.A. shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange under ISIN PLENEA000013.
